  • Q: Do you have a minimum time commitment when renting your Limousines or Party Buses?

    For a majority of our rentals, there is a minimum time requirement for a rental. While there are some exceptions, it is always best to contact us with direct questions pertaining to this requirement, as it is subject to change based on many different factors. We will always try our best to work with you to meet your needs.



  • Q: Do you allow for smoking on your vehicles?

    Quite simply, no. Smoking is not allowed on any of our vehicles at any time. Violations of this are subject to an additional cleaning fee as is laid out in our reservation agreement. We do this to insure that our vehicles are clean and pristine for each subsequent guest who does business with us. By reducing the amount of deep cleaning and repairs needed when smoking takes place we are able to keep your rates lower. Your driver will be more than happy to pull off for a pitstop anytime you ask.



  • Q: Is gratuity included in the price? Or, is there an additional "tip fee"?

    The bare minimum gratuity is included in the price. Should you want to, you are welcome to tip the driver above and beyond this... especially if they do a stupendous job! (Which they will) The vast majority of the time our customers do indeed choose to top the chauffeur at the end of the trip.



  • Q: Is alcohol allowed on the vehicles?

    Absolutely! One of the prime benefits of renting with us is that any and all passengers above the legal drinking age are allowed to consume alcohol in the passenger compartment. It must be noted that if anyone on the vehicle is under the age of 21 then no alcohol can be permitted on board.



  • Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

    We accept all major credit credit/debit cards, cash, "official" checks, and pre-approved checks drafted from a local bank. If your trip extends past your previously paid and agreed upon time your overage charges must be paid to the driver in cash. If you go into your outing knowing that you will be going past your minimum time you should make sure to tell our booking agent to make sure there will not be a conflicting issue with this planned overage.



  • Q: Once we submit our itinerary, is it set in stone?

    Nope! You can make as many changes as you wish. We won't charge any extra as long as you don't go over your time allotment. Major changes that drastically alter your rental agreement may not be able to be changed. We of course will work with you whenever possible but we can not violate other customers agreements due to potential itinerary alterations.
